RB is back again with a new episode. This time featuring South Africa's Rezkar with a sublime piece of vintage deep house, known from the Altered Moods Recordings outfit and brought to our ears by DJ Jus-Ed and his Underground Quality radio show. Thanks for that, Ed! Please find Rezkar's Above The Clouds remixed by John Daly. Our favorite Irishman was hardworking enough to even add some bonus beat action - in case you prefer your meat raw. Additionally, you will find an edit taking advantage of those and melting them with the Rezkar hook line - done by the mysterious Mystery Boy. Above the clouds freedom is said to be unlimited. Unlike this record! RB021 comes in 499 special hand stamped cloudy sleeves, folded by the Janson family and stamping done by Lastminuteartworkpanic.
Feedback
D'Julz (Paris): Killer John Daly Remixes, Full Support.
Jacques Renault (Runaway, DFA): This release is really good! All the tracks. Keep this up, every release you do I play!
Barry Reeves (Dicky Trisco, Disco Deviants): Quality stuff but I find the old warehouse side of me being drawn to the Mystery Boy Edit the most on here. Defo in my sweaty underground wallet!!!
The Revenge (Glasgow): This is ace! RB021 is interstellar acid bizness all the way. Fantastic!
Volcov (Archive, Italy): Love the John Daly Remix!
Dixon (Innervisions, Berlin): I play the Mystery Boy version.
Kristian Âme (Innervisions, Berlin): Bonus Beats for me.
DJ Karotte: Full support.
Dolan Bergin (Electric Minds, London): Mystery Boy mix sounding good to me, a touch of Chicago in there perhaps, nice track!
Michael Reinboth (Compost, Munich): Like the Original and John Daly remixes.
Sasse (Moodmusic, Berlin): Lovely release, utopian house at it´s best. Original my fave, Mystery Boy edit also nice. Strong release, well done!
C-Rock (Stir15, FFM): Nice one, me like like.
Sven VT (BPitch Control, De:Bug, Berlin): Super Platte.
Lexx (Zukunft, Zürich): A2 is killer.
Tim Sweeney (Beats in Space, DFA, NYC): Yep, loving that too. Will definitely play these on things on the radio show.
