After last years successfull "Blackbox" album on our phil e-divison and the "Interspherical Tensions" ep on "Freude-am-Tanzen", The Jacker is back on Philpot with his second 12inch "Male Kicks". The follow-up of "Male Isms" which was released in 2004 comes along with two variations of the track "Gothan", a timeless Deephouse track and it´s beatless dub version. The main title "Male Kicks" is an upbuilding funky Techno track that starts with African tribal sounds and smooth percussion before it twists into a stormer…the subtle effect of different layers of drums and chords generates an atmosphere far away from being just a tool…for those who know!
