Still in top form Gabriel Ananda gets electrified with his debut release on Karmarouge Noir and marks an explicit point of contrast to his usual emotional loaded tunes. He diversifies oppressively dry grooving themes, continuously swarmed round by straight circling and fiddly cool beats. Now and then dark and mystical synthie clouds are waving through Gabriel Anandas scratching sound aesthetics, always close to paranoia. The musical character of the Karmarouge Noir Four is expressed by rough, dark and abstract soundstructures. Gabriel Ananda presents us two intensive biting tracks of full tension, with industrial issues and detroitish values that will set the dancefloor on fire. High voltage!
