The tracks on this EP all revolve around Dan's Chicago/Detroit music influences. 'Slap', gets down with looped voicing, serious organ vibes and simmering snapping percussion, 'Superficial Paradise', makes use of minimal Detroit analog sounds and organ fills, 'Spider Chords', has a bit of funk step that would work in a disco set with a tech edge.
