Detroit techno god, Jeff Mills, returns with 2 new releases on Axis. Originally released in Japan only as "Land Of The Rising Sun" in 1999, Jeff has held these back from the US market until now. This second 12", AFV", features 6 tracks and sees Mills taking the more minimal techno route on half the cuts here, with the beats more floor friendly, and some great loops used in Jeff's own world-acclaimed style, while the remaining 3 cuts continue the theme from Part One of this 2-part set, with lots of atmospherics and textures.
